- This fitness class is not for the faint of heart. With moves designed to make you sweat, build your core and tone your whole body, this 45 minute lunch-time class will make you strong.
- We use your body weight and resistance bands to build your muscles. You definitely will feel the burn! Melt away fat, build a lean body, and supercharge your energy!
- All are welcome, modifications of exercises are provided.

Please arrive on time or a few minutes early. Be mindful of the group and minimize fragrances and respect others. Wear loose, comfortable clothes and athletic shoes if desired. Bring a towel because you WILL sweat!
