FREEDOM FROM SMOKING (R)


Quitting smoking isn’t easy–but it is easier with the right help.  The American Lung Association’s Freedom From Smoking(R) program gives you options, resouces an support to quit for good!  Freedom from Smoking (R) helps you develop a plan of action that leads to your quit day.  You’ll also get the support you need to remain smokefree for life!

Join Clinical Pharmacist, Christine, on this journey.  She has helped hundreds succeed in the Freedom From Smoking program.  She is here to help you along the entire path: recognizing why you want to quit, picking the right medications for you to ask your physician about, learn stress management, making a quit plan, how to get through recovery symptoms, learning new coping strategies, weight management, and how to stay free of nicotine addiction.

This 7 week course meets 8 times and is designed by the American Lung Assiciation for people who are ready to quit smoking.

Fee: $120 includes 8 classes, Freedom From Smoking handbook and relaxation CD and so much more!
