Set to energizing music, this upbeat class will leave you sweaty and strong! Blazin’ Barre is a blend of ballet barre exercises, traditional fitness, yoga and cardio intervals. This class tones and sculpts the entire body, using a ballet barre, resistance balls, bands and small weights.
All levels of fitness are welcome. Postures and exercises can be modified for every level. Come feel the burn and watch your body transform to a stronger, healthier, fitter you.
